Unclean Food

Seventh Thunder July 16, 2018

Iniquity, meaning immoral or grossly unfair behaviour. "A den of iniquity" . Synonyms include such words as; wickedness, sinfulness, immorality, impropriety, vice, evil, sin; That is iniquity, and that is the unclean food which our minds eat.

Isaiah 52:11 Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the Lord.

If we desire to remove our sin, and have it blotted out, we have to turn to the Father, shutting the door to the works of our evil hearts which are unclean, and with our minds ask for help in making ourselves clean.

Romans 2:28-29 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

It cannot be done alone, it cannot be worked out via intellect. Even good works won't help, because we need to be educated and have knowledge revealed to our mind, which then gives us the ability to resist the works of our own hearts, after it has been circumcised in the spirit.

Isaiah 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

If like in most people the heart hasn't been circumcised in the spirit, then we will continue to eat its unclean food, and that food will come out of our mouths and defile us further.

Matthew 15:8-11 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand: Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.

The Law and the Prophets spoke of earthly rules and laws, those things of the flesh. So if you read the Old Testament that way, the veil will be still on your heart, and your hearts will remain uncircumcised. To be clear an uncircumcised heart cannot be made clean, and thus an unclean heart cannot understand the pure spiritual knowledge that comes from the spirit.

2 Corinthians 3:14-17 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

The new covenant is about the spirit and the spirit only, which is why Jesus said above that it matters not what literal food people eat, but the food that comes out of the heart, that is what we should be mindful of.

Matthew 16:17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

As said above, with revelations, the knowledge not of flesh and blood, the gates of hell will not prevail against the knowledge freely given from God.

Psalm 32:5-7 I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him. (As in the 'Days of Noah') Thou art my hiding place; (Enter into thy closet) thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.

The instructions are quite clear. Turn to the Father if you desire to have your sins removed and forgiven. So why is it that man seeks man to forgive their sin? Have you sinned against man, or have you sinned against God?

Psalm 51:4-10 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest. Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive meBehold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

Prophecy sure is an eye opener at times, for all the claims people have saying that they believe in Jesus and prophecy, in vain worshipping him as he said, people never do what he said to do, nor do they do as written in the Old Testament.

Job 27:6 My righteousness I hold fast, and will not let it go: my heart shall not reproach me so long as I live.

Our enemy is our own hearts, and only one is capable of making it clean.

Matthew 23:8-10 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.

Confess to no man, and call no man the Father on this Earth, for as said, the only sin that you should be concerning yourself with is the one against God. And that inward part, is the spirit, and the spirit is not in a building in front of men. Circumcise your own heart by turning to the Father with your spirit, not your flesh.

Romans 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

Eat no unclean thing, is a shadow of good things to come, but not the very image of. So you translate flesh into the spirit, the old into the new. So eat no unclean thing, means spiritually, don't eat your unclean thoughts, lest you do what is unclean, because commonly said, you are what you eat, or to translate into the spirit, as you think, so are you.

Proverbs 23:6-8 Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats: For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.
