Pestilence

Seventh Thunder July 11, 2018

Pestilence, the workings of the world without, and the bothersome thoughts and intentions of the heart within, which give birth to the workings of the world without, for out of the heart are the issues of life, and thus where our heart is, so will our treasure be, and are hearts on the the things of this world, not God.

Proverbs 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

Infecting us all in the world are the news, religion, media, health, politics, crime, entertainment, all these things constantly bombarding us from without, affecting us within, which then goes on to alter our behaviour, and especially our imagination, which has a lot of people believing they're actually going to be four horsemen roaming around the earth killing people.

Genesis 6:5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

Our own thoughts become our spirits enemy, afflicting us with its wickedness, and thus cause iniquity within us.

Psalm 55:3-5 Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked: for they cast iniquity upon me, and in wrath they hate me.

Few people have lasting peace in this world, because they're always consumed with the earthly events which dominate our lives, leading us to and fro, and away from the Father within. Like a plague of frogs raining down from the sky, somehow, somewhere, there is always something to worry about in the world. Brexit, world leaders, China, Russia, Iran, #hashtagthis, #hashtagthat, Muslims, immigration, work, relationships, etc, etc. If you but stop and think about it, it seems like something, somewhere always wants our attention on something, something other than our own spiritual progression. And that something is our own souls.

Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

Our relief from strife is normally through drink or drugs, which people take for subconscious reasons, because deep down all people desire a higher and more peaceful expression in life, unfortunately it inevitably leads to the opposite, for these things are also of the world. In this age of addiction can anyone do anything to find peace of mind, outside of being distracted by the many things of this world?

Luke 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting,(excessive desires) and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

Satan's job is the keep you here, in his world. He's not from Heaven, neither does he want anyone to return.

John 3:13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

The living soul was created in this world, and must be destroyed in it if you want to release your captive spirit from its grasp.

Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

For the soul's seat is in your mind, your spirit, which is Heaven, by the fact that it is was created in the image of God.

Revelation 2:13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

Again, the kingdom of God is within, and that kingdom is being taken with violence, by Satan, who must be cast out of the mind, with the knowledge of the spirit.

Matthew 11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.

He desires to quash the word, and cut the word off from people, therefore to receive the word clearly and see it clear, you must get Satan behind you, so that you step on all those wicked thoughts and intentions, that sting our spirit like scorpions, and deceive us like serpents. They're the only enemy we should be concerned with.

Luke 10:18-19 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Once we have cast Satan out of our minds, then we can keep our own hearts, and through much tribulation, we possess our own souls.

Luke 21:19 In your patience possess ye your souls.

For it desires to be our God, and wants full control over our spirits, which the word of God divides the soul asunder from, so that we can know those wicked thoughts and intentions.

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Those thoughts and intentions which are a pestilence to our suffering spirit, because we take counsel with them.

Psalm 13:2 How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

In short, we think, and what we think, we believe we are, and because we're blind to the hearts devices, we become them as we take counsel in them.

Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

Which is no surprise because as of now, no one knows anything different. They do not know what is within a man.

John 2:24-25 But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

So what is in all men, causing all people to do varying degrees of good and evil? Because all men think evil, so what is in all men must be evil, even if it does good.

Romans 7:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

The same thing that leads a man to become a doctor is the same thing within a man that makes them become a murderer. It's only the pestilence of the world really that alters people, whether that treasure is good or bad is down to how unclean the spirit is, because the more unclean the spirit, the more likely it is going to be influenced by the hearts wicked thoughts and imaginings.

Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

Our own hearts are like an oppressing city, that city of Babylon which is a mystery to all men, because they all believe it is a literal city or nation, and not a similitude, having a likeness of a city.

Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

Regardless, we are her inhabitants, and as said, we should come out of her, because as long as we continue to drink her wine, and buy her merchandise, we'll continue receiving her plagues, which are a pestilence to the spirit.

Zephaniah 3:1-4 Woe to her that is filthy and polluted, to the oppressing city! She obeyed not the voice; she received not correction; she trusted not in the Lord; she drew not near to her God. Her princes within her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they gnaw not the bones till the morrow. Her prophets are light and treacherous persons: her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law.

Our spirits are polluted by her, so we must in turn pollute her by seeking the knowledge of the Father, his revelations that reveal spiritual knowledge to the mind, reforming it back into the ways of righteousness.

Revelation 18:5-7 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

Reward your hearts double as it has rewarded us, bless her with the knowledge of God, by going within in spirit and seek God's word.

Matthew 5:43-45 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Fill your hearts with the Father's good treasure, for that is blessing the enemy, your neighbour within that persecutes you.

James 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

Again, all of the above speaks in a similitude about the nature of our hearts.

1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

And all people walk about, and they all have the wicked and deceitful heart within them. So, if Peter got called Satan by Jesus, then all people are Satan, or to more correctly put it, are ruled by Satan.

Matthew 16:23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

And as Jesus was in the wilderness dealing with his own temptations of the devil, he said the same.

Luke 4:8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

And since Jesus is Lord, he had learnt to in patience, as he taught, to possess his own soul, through experiencing many of its temptations. No longer did his own heart condemn him, because he trusted in the Father.

1 John 3:20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.

His own heart now served him, because it was full of the knowledge of his Father.

1 John 3:21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.

He had overcome the world, and like lightning as Jesus said, he beheld Satan fall from his mind, because he had revealed and removed the wickedness that was in his way. He had got Satan behind him, no longer being a 'Son of perdition', subject to his soul's wiles.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Having the spirit focused on this world is Satan's singular purpose, to keep people eating from his tree of knowledge of good and evil, and so by his design, the mind, the spirit cannot know peace while focused on his world, because he is in front of all people, sifting us like wheat.

Luke 21:35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

There is always something to captivate the unwitting mind in this world. Whether from sport to religion, from technology to books, from crime and wealth, and from poverty to war. All these things are our rewards for desiring to know good and evil, for following after his evil lusts, which he has put into our hearts to lead us away from seeking the tree of life, and keeping us eating from his tree of knowledge of good and evil.

2 Timothy 2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Now we are held captive, following after its earthly wisdom, that wisdom of Solomon. Feminism, alt-right, nationalism, patriotism, identity politics, security, health, liberalism, conservative, atheism labour, finance, drugs, relationships, gambling, addictions, all these things of our own household, ideas and beliefs which we love like family, but really are our enemies. What most don't know, is that our refuge from our enemy is within, in spirit.

Luke 17:20-21 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

In that Kingdom of God that comes not with observation, within our spirit is the enemy trust out. The father's revelations, that reveal knowledge to the mind, is the dew that drops down from the Heavens.

Deuteronomy 33:27-28 The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them. Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob shall be upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.

When reading the following realise that our ideas are our children, and that which gave birth to them are our hearts, our parents in this world, for it is in our own hearts that people trust in the most.

Luke 16:15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

Again, Jesus came speaking in parables about the spirit. That's all he talked about, grasp that fact, and don't personalise the scriptures. God is no respecter of persons remember.

Matthew 10:35-37 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

So when you begin the process of being born again in the spirit, a conflict of sort begins within you, as you try and wrest control of your mind back from Satan.

Matthew 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

This is the great tribulation, were not a hair on your head will be hurt.

Luke 21:18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish.

Since it not a battle of the earth, but one of the spirit, against what we have made our closest family, the soul and her children, which are its wicked thoughts and imaginations, the foes of our own household.

Luke 12:53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

These things, these issues of life come forth from our hearts, our wicked thoughts and imaginings which rule over our minds, our spirit, leaving it depressed, desolate or worse, dead to the word of God, because instead of going within and seeking the Father, they're being ruled by the pestilence of this world, the things of the Earth, and the knowledge of good and evil within our own hearts, which turns not only people against each other, but it causes conflict within a man. There is spiritually speaking, violence in the land.

Psalm 35:20 For they speak not peace: but they devise deceitful matters against them that are quiet in the land.

Hearing voices, which is called in the Bible, the violence of Lebanon, plagues people more so than ones average thoughts, this is the heart (subconscious), the soul trying to get the mind back in full control, making the mind believe the voices, since somehow the soul and spirit normal relationship has been separated. Unfortunately since it hasn't been divided asunder by the word of the God, the spirit is in a state of confusion, and thus runs after those voices. In short, people go crazy.

Habakkuk 2:17 For the violence of Lebanon shall cover thee, and the spoil of beasts, which made them afraid, because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.

In much the same way in those that don't hear voices, believe they are their thoughts, and yet go on to commit all manner of evil deeds.

Jeremiah 18:12 And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.

The worst sort of pestilence, pestilence that can make one violent or paranoid. Just like all of our thoughts do. We're captive by them in one form or another, make no mistake about that. Which why we must learn of the devices of Satan and cast him out, since all of its imaginations which to blind our minds to the word.

2 Corinthians 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

We must destroy all those beasts of the field. The field being our mind, and the beasts being all those things that bring corruption to it.

Job 5:23 For thou shalt be in league with the stones of the field: and the beasts of the field shall be at peace with thee.

Again, we must learn to possess them after receiving the revelations from the Father. Also remember that all things are about the spirit, since it is that which gives life to the words of the Old Testament.

John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

The flesh profit nothings, which includes all personal earthly interpretations, the things of your own understanding, your own possessions, your own treasure of the heart, that yo make you believe your are rich in knowledge.

Revelation 3:17-18 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

I tell you now, there is not one biblical scholar that has ever existed nor will ever exist that can understand anything that is written on these pages.

Luke 5:39 No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better.

The new wine doesn't go into new old bottles, because people love the old wine too much. That is the corruptible seed, the pestilence that plagues our mind.

Matthew 9:17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.

To be  absolutely clear on that. You have to be literally born again, so that the new wine can be preserved. That's the whole point of preaching the Gospel. To prepare hearts and minds to be born again, in the spirit.

Colossians 1:5-6 For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel; Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:

Because to recognise the Gospel now, you must have been prepared to hear it in a previous life. In short, you have to have heard it before, and once again, become as 'Little Children' .

Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

With those who haven't heard before, well there is a famine in their land, caused by the pestilence, and there will be no harvest for them.

John 3:3-8 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

We're are ignorant of Satan's devices, blinded in part because we worship them, and our own knowledge, that old wine, gets men drunken, in the vain hope that it will fulfil them. Instead, the wine of this world gives rise to war, death, famine, and pestilence, those four beasts that seek to destroy your mind, for they all serve one law, and are of one cause. And that is to make us love this world.

Romans 7:21 & 25 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me & I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

His flaming sword which turns every which way, is his law of sin, which keeps us snared, focused solely on this creation, and loving the things within.

1 Timothy 6:9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

Shortly after we are born our spirits become blind, because of the irrigation of the world, and Satan quickening our souls (Hardening our hearts), The reason we cry when we are born is because at birth we know where we are, and why we're here/ Remember what Jesus said about wailing, weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Matthew 13:42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

The gnashing of teeth is the mother giving birth to you, the wailing and weeping is you being born again in the flesh as a baby.  And what is the furnace of fire, as I've said before.

Psalm 12:6 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.

Yes, are spirits are tried here, like silver is in a furnace, purified with the  perfect word of God, we receive when we turn to him within in spirit. Renewing our spirits. Removing the dross of sin (Pestilence) from within us, slowly turning us into a new creature, one that is righteous, good and true. Like the Father in Heaven. 'Be ye as perfect as the father in Heaven is perfect.' And who can effect that transformation other than God?

Isaiah 48:10 Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

The third part of a man, the spirit, the first part being the flesh (those of the joints and marrow), and the second part being the soul, which now has consumed us the third part, into thinking we are it, since we either think we're a soul, at worst just a body and brain. The father's word divides all those three asunder within us, so that the spirit can once again recognise what it is.

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

The heart's sword being those wicked thoughts and intentions which slay us time and time again, with unrighteous thoughts which are of this world and not of Heaven.

Ezekiel 5:12 A third part of thee shall die with the pestilence, and with famine shall they be consumed in the midst of thee: and a third part shall fall by the sword  round about thee; and I will scatter a third part  into all the winds, and I will draw out a sword after them.

That sword being the flaming sword of our own heart (Its thoughts, intention and imagination), which are wicked and deceitful above all things..

Ezekiel 7:15 The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die with the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.

The sword is the world, and love of, and as stated it causes pestilence and famine within us, which wars against the mind, devouring it, keeping it blind, having us follow after its laws of unrighteousness. Hence that saying, 'He who lives by the sword, dies by the sword.'

Psalm 91 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

To be made free from the heart's wickedness, the pestilence which infects our spirits, making us unclean, we need to learn to silence it, and shut the door to its works, and enter into our spirit, in the silence of the mind, and ask the Father for his help and instruction.

Matthew 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
