Spiritual Pride

Seventh Thunder July 07, 2018

Spiritual pride is rife throughout of all of the religions, spiritual groups and followings on this Earth. They claim to know God or the universe, and spout off wishy washy sayings which they believe are deep and full of meaning, and yet they constantly strive to be happy, moving to and fro and never really finding peace.

Hebrews 3:10-13 Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways. So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest. Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

Those religious claim to speak for God, they think their church and the speakers within represent God. Which is why Jesus said his Father house has been turned into a 'Den of Thieves', because it isn't the Church that represents God, it should be you, yourself, after applying what Jesus said to do. He is the way and the truth and the life, not the Earthly Church or its members, the Father doesn't come by them, he comes by his spirit.

John 6:44-50 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me. Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. I am that bread of life. Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead. This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.

Religion has stolen people's birthright of being able to connect with the Father individually. Instead they have people deceived with the doctrines and traditions of men. Like those that did eat manna in the wilderness and are dead. Even now, silly rituals, like eating bread and wine are done in his name, not knowing that the bread is spiritual revelations, that renew the mind, transforming it back into an imperishable spirit, righteous and fit for Heaven, so that it can be raised on the last day.

Matthew 15:8-10 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

I've heard people say the more intelligent a person appears to be, the less likely they're to believe in the Bible.

Proverbs 17:24 Wisdom is before him that hath understanding; but the eyes of a fool are in the ends of the earth.

Puffed up with their own Earthly knowledge given to them by the irrigation of the world and other people, which includes all the so-called spiritual knowledge and religions of this world, which only serve to make people vain in their imaginings which then take them down at the end, for they all come to nought..

Colossians 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

Well,  doesn't the Bible state that the wisdom of God is foolishness to men. Because the flesh and the soul, leave the spirit blind. Again, the picture is a parable.

1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

That is the point. The more you love the Earth, this world, ruled by the God of this world, Satan, the less like you're going to understand the things of God and the spirit, since he blinds minds, and being drawn to the Father slowly removes that blindness of mind, renewing it.

Isaiah 42:16 And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and when connected to God, then you can read and seeing truly what is written, since you'll be-able to spiritually perceive the word, and not just read with earthly eyes and understanding, which only corrupts.

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

So naturally to desire to want to know the things of God, you have to desire them, and what is the instruction Jesus gave? Seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness.

Psalm 96:13 Before the Lord: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth.

And where is the Kingdom? As Jesus says, it comes not with observation, the Kingdom of Heaven is within. In spirit, in THY Holy Temple. The mind (which is spirit), that is want needs to be renewed, which will absolve sin from your mind, removing the dross from the silver.

Psalm 51:9-11 Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

Intellect, like memory is a function of the Soul, the hearts wicked thoughts, and imaginations, which are evil from their youth. Deceitful and wicked above all things, after all the soul contains the knowledge of good and evil, and as such all people ruled by the soul does good and evil, in varying degrees.

Genesis 6:5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

So God searches our hearts continuously to see who is ready to understand his will, and his spirit. God decides when you are ready, not you. For he knows all hearts and desires.

Jeremiah 17:10 I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Then according to your doings, you are either drawn to him, or you simply continue on as you are, drawn to his ways, or lost in the love of this world, reaping what you sow.

Psalm 73:28 But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may declare all thy works.

The wisdom of this world is foolishness to God, for what man holds in high esteem (Their intellect, occupation, looks and wealth) is an abomination to God.

Luke 16:15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

The things of God aren't for the prudent and wise of the world who lean on their own understanding, worshipping their own thoughts and ideas about things of the world as their own God.

1 Corinthians 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

As Jesus said, you must become like little children and humble yourself before God, repenting, and admitting your unrighteousness, all the while, desiring to be good, fit for Heaven, seeking the Kingdom of Heaven, wherein dwells righteousness.

Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted (Out of the flesh (heart), into the spirit), and become as little children (Born Again), ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

To be wise in this world is to love this world, because the wisdom of this world comes from it (Including our religions), and not from God.

1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

The wisdom of the earth ends when you die, and it comes to nought, but the wisdom of God abides forever, eternally in the Kingdom.

Job 13:12 Your remembrances are like unto ashes, your bodies to bodies of clay.

And again it is the Father who decides when you are ready. So make yourself ready by seeking him internally in the spirit, away from the worldly things and understanding thereof. Draw nigh to him in spirit, and he'll draw nigh to you.

Luke 10:21 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.

When the Father starts to pour out his spirit upon you, awakening you to the spirit, all earthly understanding over time fades away, the veil is removed and you'll understand, what this world is, where it is, and why you are here.

Isaiah 25:7 And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.

Then when you read the words of the Law and the Prophets, they'll no longer be that veil over your heart and mind, that covering that is cast over all people, that will be removed from your mountain top.

2 Corinthians 3:14-16 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.

The Father's cup of wrath, his (Revelations) will destroy in this mountain (Spirit) the covering cast over all people and nations (Heart/Soul, the thoughts and intentions of the heart that defile the spirit)

1 Corinthians 1:19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.

The Cup of God's wrath are his words of truth, his pouring out of his spirit, revealing knowledge that destroys all the lies of this world, and removing those thoughts that are violent in the land, in the minds of those that seek him.

Revelation 16:19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

The dividing asunder of the soul, spirit, and the flesh.

Ezekiel 28:16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.

Below a shadow of good things to come, but not the very image of. It is about the Father's words of truth removing sin and the cause of sin out of the minds of all people, and are evil when they're ruled by that law of sin within their members.

Isaiah 13:11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.

Preach the good news, so that you can cast out within that which brings you bad news. Because you're not only helping yourself, but most importantly helping others.
