Seekers

Seventh Thunder August 18, 2017

The religious have their religions, the spiritual their self help books and their beliefs given to them by men. Atheists have their beliefs, puffed up in pride after reading and believing the works of others, making heroes of men, merely because they don't believe in religion or God.

Colossians 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

How the soul likes to adopt the teachings of others in this world, which come from the soul of good and evil in the first place and then uses them against the mind, the spirit within. The wisdom of Solomon rules this world and the wisdom of Solomon is the wisdom of the world.

1 Corinthians 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

We all reap what we sow, and for the most part we sow ignorance, and so we remain in ignorance. 'No one can know the truth' they say and others believe they have the truth because what they have heard or seen agrees or lines up with the contents of their hearts. The already converted have been preached to.

Job 4:8 Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.

Just about all people on this Earth are unwitting victims of the contents of the soul (Subconscious), which pulls the mind to and fro, learning and believing all the literature, philosophy, conspiracies (Investigated Journalism), news, politics and religions in this world. Once these beliefs take hold, people are lost, because they are experts, and THINK they are knowledgeable, then the pride of the heart become impenetrable, the mind lost to this world and the soul that rules it.

2 Corinthians 4:3-4 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Thoughts, memory, dreams and emotions are Satan's greatest tools, so lost are we, we THINK they're the core part of what we call self. So imbued it is within our spirit (mind) we cannot possibly believe that it's practically a separate entity, that seeks to hold us captive, with its knowledge of good and evil.

Mark 8:16 And when Jesus knew it, he saith unto them, Why reason ye, because ye have no bread? perceive ye not yet, neither understand? have ye your heart yet hardened?

The desire to know the truth is one thing, but the reason to want to know the truth is another. The intent on wanting to know the truth, and the things of the Father is what either leads you to him, and the understanding of Jesus teachings, or it is what leads one away. Most people, religious, spiritual or otherwise are just in it for themselves, in their secret societies and their delusion of having some special knowledge that puts them above the rest.

Proverbs 28:21 To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress.

Or people are in their churches, temples, mosques, synagogues etc, where they delude themselves of being saved, righteous and of the Father, all the while trying to maintain the facade of piousness in front of men, whereas within they're full of deceit and wickedness.

2 Thessalonians 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

It is the Father that draws one to understanding what Jesus taught, and the scriptures, and in fact all true things.

John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

The last day, meaning the last day of your physical life, and if you read carefully, that scripture tells you what the second coming truly is. Jesus greeting you when you die in spirit, when you are raised up from the dead of this world, like he was, transformed into an imperishable spirit, out of the corruption of the flesh into a incorruptible spirit.

Acts 13:34 And as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, I will give you the sure mercies of David.

In short, you have to be ready. It's on the individual to make themselves ready. Do you want to know the truth, or do you just want to be right? Being right doesn't bring peace of mind, since being right means fighting and debating, and scoring points over one another, such a person has their mind upon the praise of men, and not the praise of God, seeking only to please their own heart and not the Father.

Romans 2:29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Just look at any comment section anywhere on the net. There's always a like button or a green or a red arrow. Before anyone makes or forms an opinion, they have to carefully craft their post for the approval of others, so at its core, a belief or comment is formed by deceit, and that is the desire to please others. So in these days you see opinions on the right or the left to the extremes. Conflict is in the heart of mankind, conflict which the soul feeds off  and the sells back to you, thus causing you to do this to others, spreading the news in short, but not the good news.

2 Timothy 2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Snare means to trap with something alluring. What is he trapping you with? The thoughts and imagery of the soul, causing you to do Satan's will, that is his power over ALL of those who dwell on this Earth. God is not a respecter of persons. So keep in mind WHAT exactly crafts of all people.

Psalm 9:16 The Lord is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.

Being right brings a human comfort for a time, having the truth, will bring peace for eternity. Because having the truth means one has to become it, becoming the doer of the word instead of just the hearer of it. Having the truth means one has to put forth the effort to attain that peace which passes understanding. Having the truth means having the wrong in you pointed out, overcome and excised through the Father's righteousness, which renews the mind.

Philippians 3:15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.

Again Revelation is how the Father, the God of Heaven communicates with people, and corrects people.

Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.

It's all about being trapped. The poor in spirit, healing those that the heart has plagued and caused sorrow to. We're all captives of our soul, and we are blind to what we are, where we are from, and why we are here. Blind to the what is in a man, to what is ruling over our mind.

1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

No one can teach you apart from the Father. The God of Heaven.

John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

Meaning the Father's Revelations will teach you about what Jesus taught, opening your understanding, transferring knowledge. But Seeking FIRST the Kingdom of Heaven AND his righteousness is the core of teaching. Believing on Jesus is doing what he said to do. Any idiot can believe in the name of a man or God, but none do the works that they teach.

Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

You have to want to know the truth for the right reasons, i.e you have to desire to be righteous, which means not for the sole purpose of wanting to be better than others, or just saving yourself. The trap most fall into, the path of self-righteousness. We're in a world of good and evil, the good is used to deceive. If you're not prepared to save others, then these things aren't for you, and neither is the Kingdom of Heaven.

Ephesians 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.

The choice is a simple one. You either think you know already, and your heart is hardened in pride or you humble yourself, and seek after the Father, his Kingdom and HIS righteousness, and have him teach you all things, like a good Father would.

Psalm 14:2 The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.

Yes, because God knows all hearts, and few has he found.

James 4:10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Instead of lifting your own hearts up into the holy place, the spirit, that secret place of God where stand the soul's thoughts, which are an abomination to God, and at enmity to him.

Hosea 10:12 Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the Lord, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

You, the mind (spirit) must use your will to turn to the Father within, in his image which is spirit. The temple, the house of God. You must take control of your soul, possess it in patience.

Luke 21:19 In your patience possess ye your souls.

Since it rules over every thought, word and deed, and we the unwitting spirit, is just along for the ride, in this vehicle we call.................insert name. God is no respecter of persons.

Psalm 10:17 Lord, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt cause thine ear to hear

As I said before, you have to be ready, since the heart is the enemy within, the soul (subconscious) it has to be prepared enough to even begin to walk on the path of righteousness, and to be prepared is to SEEK the Father, and ask him for help, spiritually. Your earthly desires and wants mean nothing to God.

Psalm 27:4 One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.

ALL glory goes to God, and Jesus said turn to the Father FIRST, and be taught all things.

Psalm 70:4 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.

Yet, all people say, I'm a Christian, Jews, Muslims, Gay, Straight, Socialist, Democrat etc, etc. magnifying themselves. As said, God is not a respecter of persons.

Luke 14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

Wise are they who come to understand what that means.

Isaiah 26:9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

See how the soul (heart) and spirit (mind) are two different things, a soul has to be prepared first to desire such things in the first place, a preparation that is delayed and hindered by religious doctrine, and its leaven, not to mention the things of this earth.

Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Unfortunately, religion teaches people to think they know things already, which runs after the words of men, instead of the word of God within.

Jeremiah 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

Because the Father will put knowledge into our minds via revelation, renewing it, which then shines in the heart. Remember it is he who searches the hearts and the reins, and draws people to him, and teaches them. When the heart has had little preparation, how can the Father draw you to him? Hence why it is all important to spread the good news that you have received of him.

Hebrews 8:10-11 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

So, don't seek to convert man yourself in your arrogance, like the religious do, who delude themselves into being teachers and apostles of Christ, or leaders of men.

1 Corinthians 5:6 Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?

But freely give the seed the Father has given you to those in the field, so that he may send forth the rain to water on the seed, so that it may spring forth in righteousness itself. That is doing his will, not indoctrinating others with YOUR beliefs.

Isaiah 30:23 Then shall he give the rain of thy seed, that thou shalt sow the ground withal; and bread of the increase of the earth, and it shall be fat and plenteous: in that day shall thy cattle feed in large pastures.

Remember, you need not ANY MAN teach you if your abide in the Father and you in Him. Stop denying other people's right to know the truth for themselves by being a stumbling block to those children of Israel, or you yourself will be cut off, and they'll be much weeping when that day comes. So get right with God instead of trying to appear right in front of men. Again, God is no respecter of persons.

1 John 3:20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.

And with his knowledge, he will reveal things to our minds, transferring knowledge, which renews us in his righteousness.

Isaiah 56:1 Thus saith the Lord, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.

As we turn to the Father within seeking after HIS righteousness, our hearts will start the battle against the renewing of our minds, our transformation, of being born again in the spirit, for it knows it time is short, and much tribulation will follow.

Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

Only the Father can help us overcome it, with his laws of righteousness, and not only do we end up following the laws, we become it.

Romans 5:3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;

Seek and you'll find. That was and still is the promise.

Luke 12:34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

If our thoughts are about this world, and the things herein, then, our reward will be in kind, however if we can turn them towards the Father, seeking after his righteousness, and he himself seeks such, and will in turn, turn to you, and by degrees, purify our spirits.

James 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

As said, many are called, few are chosen, few there be that FIND the way and to find one must FIRST seek.
