If people truly desired to stop having unrighteous thoughts, which lead to unrighteous words and works, then as Jesus suggested, one must "Seek ye FIRST the Kingdom of God AND his righteousness" and all things will be added unto you. Furnished so that you are able to do good works, and then understand the scriptures, veiled until that veil is removed by God.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

You cannot attain goodness of mind alone, it cannot be done, none are good as stated. It is the Father that gifts righteousness, and it comes not by works, since without the Father's righteousness your works won't be righteous, neither will your thoughts be.

Job 33:26 He shall pray unto God, and he will be favourable unto him: and he shall see his face with joy: for he will render unto man his righteousness.

Remember, Jesus words were about the spirit, not worldly things, a mistake people make. The Father is only interested in transferring you back to Heaven, therefore that must be your focus, your desire. If you simply desire Earthly things, fame, acceptance and the praise of men, desiring to be special in your heart, then keep doing what you're doing, and continue to receive the good and evil plagues of the heart, for that is where your treasure will be..

Mark 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

But, remember not to ask for earthly things, and riches, they're aren't getting people into Heaven. Without faith, the belief in God, people will get no where, and faith without works is dead, so turn to the Father and do the work he gives you.

Matthew 13:33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

So that others may share in the fellowship of the MYSTERY, in their own time.

Matthew 6:2-4 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.

Let the Father do the baking, and not seek to glorify yourselves in his name like the religious do, with their much speaking in public, to be seen of men.

Mark 10:37-40 They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory. But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized: But to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared.

It is not you who decides who goes to the Kingdom, the religious, and especially their leaders would do well to understand that.

John 6:44-48 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me. Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. I am that bread of life.

God decides when an individual is ready, and none else, then he will draw that one close to him, and since the Kingdom of Heaven is within, being close to God is not entering a temple made with hands. Do not eat the unleavened bread of the religious, for only one gives you the leavened bread to eat.

Matthew 6:7-9 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

So, if we desire to have a righteous mind, then we must seek out the source of righteousness. The Father within, in the holy place, made in the image of God, the Father's house, our mind (spirit). The true temple of God, the Church that is the body, which is the grave, that God calls us out of, so that we can be raised up as an imperishable spirit, like Jesus was on his last day here.

Luke 20:35-36 But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: NEITHER CAN THEY DIE ANYMORE (Can reincarnation be any clearer?) for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

It is the soul that makes the Father's house into a den of thieves, with its thoughts, feelings, emotions, imaginings, memories and the like, the things which keep one focused on this Earth, desiring only the things of the Earth, things away from the Father, making our spirit, the Holy place, desolate with it's earthly abominations, the results of the hearts lusts..

Matthew 21:13 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.

All abominations come from the soul (heart in a man) which causes us all to sin .The Mind (spirit) is currently following the course of this world, since it is the only thing it knows. The thoughts and feelings of the soul, which holds the spirit in captivity.

Luke 16:15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

Those abominations of the heart which condemn us to the way of the sin and Earthly desires. Binding us to Satan's world.

1 John 3:20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.

If people truly desire to know all things, then it is simple, turn within to the Father, in spirit. Follow the way Jesus set out, and not the way of religion, and the way man sets out. Many prophets, philosophers and spiritual people have desired to know these things, but being rich in the knowledge of the Earth, of their own understanding, or lack thereof has held them back.

Matthew 19:21-23 21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Unfortunately, the rich man misunderstood, for his possessions were not his earthly goods that he should sell, but his knowledge that he has gained from the Earth, his earthly wisdom. So like King Solomon, he turned from his God, thinking that his possessions (earthly wisdom) was greater than God. King Solomon received six hundred and threescore talents a year in riches. So now you know that number of a man. The number of a man is his earthly wisdom, that which marks him as a man that follows after his heart's lusts, and not a follower of Jesus's teachings who taught of the Father.

Revelation 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; (King Solomon) and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

All on Earth have a mind - soul connection. The true connection is the Father - mind connection, so you must develop that by going within, and SEEKING after HIS righteousness in spirit, most seek after their own righteousness thus err, not knowing the will of God, and yet in their feigned faith pretending to serve him.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Follow no man, not a one for any reason.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. (to be deceived)

Since God is a spirit, and all that worship him, must do so in spirit. It is the Father that renews the mind, transforming it back to the pure state, like the state of little children. It needs to be converted from the mind - connection to the Father - mind connection. The Father makes the mind righteous, and that is what leads to salvation, since salvation is a GIFT from the Father.

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world (Mind - Soul connection):but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind (Father - Mind connection), that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

The proof is in the eating of the pudding, do and it will be proven by your own effort. We seek not to convince, nor shall any signs be given to convince, nor are we for the religious of this world. They have their reward, and you can see their fruit. Only God can convert and transform, follow after man, and like that rich man, and King Solomon, you will lose all that you have, like Solomon did from turning from his God and losing his Kingdom.

Matthew 12:39 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: (Which ye will see, once you come to realise that you're IN the belly of the beast)

Merely believing and doing no work on yourself, is dead works. And Faith without works is dead. So one has to WORK out their own Salvation, and once the work is demonstrated, the Father will help you, with Revelations that you need to perfect yourself, so that you too can also become as perfect as your father in Heaven is perfect.

Philippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear (Instruction of righteousness) and trembling (Faith)

Remember that fear of the Lord is the instruction in righteousness.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

So, turn to the Father within, learn from him, until Satan the real enemy within, is made your footstool.

Romans 13:11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
