The Sure Mercies of David

Seventh Thunder December 05, 2018

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

As said before, the Father is nothing but righteousness. Acting in accordance to divine law, his law of good, and nothing but good. Not the human kind of righteousness, since we've all seen what that leads to. If it not good, it is not of God.

Proverbs 21:2 Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts.

Read the following carefully, since when people pray they're actually praying to themselves, making themselves God, above their peers. Thinking that their deeds on the Earth are worth anything. Ask God when you pray, you don't demand. Ask for help to stay on the path of righteousness.

Matthew 26:41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

I suggest heavily not praying for other people, more so, since most can only think of the flesh, and all thought comes from the heart, the heart which takes away the quietness of the land, which is the spirit. It is the spirit what you should be praying to the Father with, not your thoughts (Shutting the door to the world, thoughts are of the heart, thus the world), ASKING for his guidance. People are all sinners, and it is a bit rich that they should pray for other people. Just where do they think they are, do they know not why they're here? It's what happens when people love themselves and thus the Earth just a little too much. The Father is the saviour, not other people.

Luke 18:9-14 And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

The sinner, the publican can be corrected, the Pharisee, in his own righteousness cannot. Similar to all these movies stars, and sport stars that after they have won something, they thank God that they have blessed them, forgetting;

Romans 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God.

While they're basking in Earthly success in front of their peers, they're unaware that they're poor, wretched, blind and naked. That treasure isn't going to get them raised up, even though they are raised up in the Earth. Just what have they done to believe they have been blessed by God? The vanity of man knows no limits.

Revelation 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

Regardless, the message is the same, the promise of the Father, and what Jesus said, is that all flesh shall see salvation.

2 Samuel 14:14 For we must needs die, and are as water spilt on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again; neither doth God respect any person: yet doth he devise means, that his banished be not expelled from him.

It just takes longer for some than others.

Luke 13:29-30 And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.  And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.

Meaning the last cast out of Heaven will be the first to return, and the first cast out of Heaven will be the last to return. Despite that, the message is the same, all flesh shall see salvation.

Luke 3:5-6 Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways shall be made smooth; And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

The promise of the Old Testament is about obtaining land, Israel, for a people. The promise of the New Testament, is about obtaining everlasting life in the Kingdom for ALL people.

Hosea 12:5-7 Even the Lord God of hosts (The Father); the Lord is his memorial. Therefore turn thou to thy God:(The Father) keep mercy and judgment and wait on thy God (The Father) continually. He is a merchant, the balances of deceit are in his hand: (Knowledge of good and evil) he loveth to oppress.

Since the Old is a shadow of the New, then we must understand the New, which is of the spirit, to understand what the old is really saying. Jesus came for that purpose, to set up the true Church, of which he is the chief cornerstone, then by following his teachings, we can look back on the Law and Prophets, who are the foundation, using the foundation who are Apostles also. Using the New and the Old, to bring forth the Old from the Old using the New.

Psalm 11:3 If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?

Nothing, which is why Jesus said;

Matthew 5:17-20 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

And so to exceed their righteousness, you must FIRST seek the Father and the Kingdom, and his righteousness, to all things added to you, so that you yourself may exceed the righteousness of the Pharisees (All the religious in the world now), not just in righteousness, but in knowledge also, since the Father via the Holy Spirit, instructs you in ALL things.

Matthew 13:52 Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.

Remember the Lord is a memorial to the Father, a shadow of good things to come.

Hebrews 10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.

As are the Law and the Prophets. Turning to the Father within, using the teachings of Jesus as a key to understanding the Old Testament.

Isaiah 22:22 And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.

Talking of doors;

Matthew 7:7-9 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

So seeking the Father FIRST and his righteousness within in spirit is the key to that door. The Kingdom comes not with observation, it comes with spiritually perceiving the scriptures with a renewed mind. It sure as hell won't be found amongst the religious, Jesus expressively warned people not to run after.

Matthew 24:4-5 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; (Christian) and shall deceive many.

They're almost incapable of learning these things, because prior learning keeps their minds desolate, there's no quietness in the land when reading these things, their thoughts go back and forth to the doctrines of their religion, buried deep in their hearts, which they lift up in pride, leaving their land a wilderness.

Daniel 5:20 But when his heart was lifted up, and his mind hardened in pride, he was deposed from his kingly throne, and they took his glory from him:

The Armies that surrounded Jerusalem tread the Holy City underfoot, they have broken through the walls and taken the city. That city of peace, the spirit, which is no longer peaceful, but full of doctrine, doctrine given to people from man. After all they listen to man to learn it. The gates of hell have been opened and they have prevailed against the city. Which is why revelation from the Father is needed, so that the mind is renewed and furnished unto good works, and then nothing can overcome it, not even the gates of hell.

Matthew 16:17-18 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Religion is nothing more than high school education, memorised and repeated, you either become indoctrinated, or not. Like cancer causing mutating DNA, it gets more corrupted as time goes on, and unless someone gives them a cure, the condition is terminal.

Luke 17:20-23 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it. And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.

Unfortunately in some religions they're cursed at birth into this world. The religion of fire, and the religion brimstone. Satan raining snares, on the wicked.

Psalm 11:6 Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.

I'll say it again; that which Paul explained quite clearly. I might add that they're some that say Paul was a false Apostle. He was perhaps the greatest of them all, and he didn't even know it, even though he was awakened in exceptional circumstances, he did more work, and thus had the most to share, and his understanding was greater than most. So, I can see why a lot say he was false. Since it is they that don't understand what he passed on, aka the Gospel.

1 Corinthians 2:9-15 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are FREELY given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

The spirit teaches, not man. The flesh profits nothing, and to be clear, spiritual judgement is about instructing people with the truth.

John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

The following things are key to understand firmly. The Law and the Prophets are a shadow of GOOD things to come and not the very image of. (Meaning, don't take talk of the flesh in the Old Testament literally) You're going to have to learn how to bring out of the darkness, the light. (Knowledge) otherwise these things cannot be understood. The Father will give guidance if you turn to him in spirit, having faith.

Job 12:22 He discovereth deep things out of darkness, and bringeth out to light the shadow of death.

This Earth is the valley of the shadow of death, so revelation from the Father (That day-spring from on high) will give light to its nature. Knowledge that will help people overcome this world.

Luke 1:78-80 Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

The New Testament is a Key to unlocking the knowledge of the Old Testament, which I've mentioned before, is hidden behind similitude's, parables and proverbs.

Leviticus 26:10 And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.

The Lord God is the Shadow of the Father, a memorial (Meaning, look at the Lord's deeds in the Old Testament spiritually, and see the work of the Father, not on the flesh, but on your spirit, especially the things that work contrary to the spirit) This needs a renewed mind to do, and thus you must know God FIRST, and not just believe in him, like anyone is capable of doing. Outside of that, the best anyone can have is an intellectual Earthly understanding, which leads to pointless debates which further condemns such, and ultimately, isn't all that helpful, especially if you get Alzheimer's for example. The spirit, the mind needs to be renewed, not your memory. Any idiot can memorise something and parrot it back like they're an expert on a subject, puffed up with the works of another, which limits their own understanding. Now read the shadow.

2 Kings 11:20 And all the people of the land rejoiced, and the city was in quiet: and they slew Athaliah with the sword beside the king's house.

Now see the light; Purging out the old leaven above, so that you can see the new.

1 Corinthians 5:7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us

The city is the spirit, the mind, which Jerusalem is a parable of. The city of peace, which is what Jerusalem means. Athaliah means 'Yahweh is exalted', and he that is exalted is slain besides the King's House, and the King is the Father, and his sword which is his word, slew Athaliah, who took the peace of the land,by exalting himself over it. Get it?

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

The stories and histories of the Old Testament contain proverbs, parables and similitude's of the work of the Father, the spirit and of Jesus. If we take them any other way for example, as the bread of the Earth, then as Jesus said; we will remain in the wilderness, lacking the knowledge of the Father and die in our trespasses and sins.

John 6:48-50 I am that bread of life. Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead. This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.

Isaiah explains the hidden manna from above with the following.

Isaiah 32:15-18 Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest. Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field. And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever. And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;

That is bringing forth treasure, both Old (Testament) and New (Testament), once you master your own house, and;

Luke 21:19 In your patience possess ye your souls.

And become the householder, overcoming the wicked thoughts and imaginations of the heart, those thieves and robbers that spoil our houses.

Matthew 13:52 Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.

Nothing is made perfect by the letter (The Law and the Prophets) alone.

Romans 7:5-6 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

Jesus words and deeds were about the spirit. Nothing he did or said was about the flesh. As such, you must use what you've learnt spiritually, and apply it when reading the Old Testament. Which means you have to be guided by the Father, since practically the 1st thing Jesus taught people was to seek FIRST the Father's Kingdom and his righteousness, and have all things added unto you. Which bizarrely most people think is in a Church. Perhaps a dictionary might help such people understand what the word secret means.

Psalm 91 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord (The Father's memorial, not the VERY image of), He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

Below a prophecy about one of Jesus miracles, of stopping the wind (Which is a parable for the thoughts and imagination of the heart) The seas and the waves roaring.

Psalm 107:28-31 Then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses. He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still. Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven. Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

And so, that all things of scripture might be fulfilled.

Luke 8:23-25 But as they sailed he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy. And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm. And he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! for he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him.

Faith in the Father, will help you quiet the mind, and his peace that passes understanding, will stop the sea and the waves roaring again, and again,

Philippians 4:6-7 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

This cannot be done alone, any of it. Turn to the Father and seek his guidance. You need not any man teach you as stated.

Luke 24:44-45 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,

In short, he anointed their minds, bare in mind this happened after the crucifixion, and Jesus was in his transfigured form in the scripture above.

Luke 24:51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.

If people wish to follow him there, then do what he said to do. Which is a hell of a lot more than saying I believe in God, and Jesus. Are your ways of man as expressed below, which is about having and doing the knowledge of evil, along with the good.

Romans 1:28-32 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Or are they of the Father, which is righteousness, which is only good.

Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

And like the Father, in wrath, remember mercy.

Habakkuk 3:2 O Lord, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O Lord, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.

The word Mercy alone is mentioned in the Psalms of David 99 times, more than any them book in the Bible, and within these divinely inspired Psalms of David are the shadows of good things to come, in the son. Jesus Christs. Things that he would speak of and teach, in righteousness. Remember if it not of righteousness in the Bible, it is of the Lord of unrighteousness. The Lord of good and evil, the merchant, who sifts people like wheat with his balances of deceit.

Psalm 5:7 But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.

That is about worshipping in the spirit, towards the Father who is in his Holy Temple. The Kingdom of Heaven is within.

Psalm 31:9 Have mercy upon me, O Lord, for I am in trouble: mine eye is consumed with grief, yea, my soul and my belly.

We all face tribulation in the world, and it is the Father who delivers us out of them, when our mind is consumed with the grief of the soul's wicked thoughts and imaginations. So have faith in the Father's mercy, and ask him for help, pray for his righteousness, to heal and save us from our own unrighteousness.

Psalm 51:1 Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

It is the Father's mercy, his revelation, his grace that blot out our sins, he renews the mind in righteousness. Not the impostors in the churches, who do not speak for him, nor do they serve him,if they did, they'd be no sin in the churches at all. Ever. The Father is all good, and teaches those that seek him to be good.

Psalm 85:7 Shew us thy mercy, O Lord, and grant us thy salvation.

And thus Jesus was sent to show us to way to salvation, through truth of the Father's words of righteousness.

Psalm 85:10 Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

Become doers of the word, and reside in the Father and Jesus did, and he'll abide in you, then you can be about your Father's business, then he'll make an everlasting covenant with you, and when that time comes, you'll be raised up from the dead as well, having everlasting righteousness and peace. That is the Key to the Kingdom.

Matthew 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Reaping what you sow in the Earth, and loosing it in Heaven, so that all may share in the fellowship of the mystery. To make plain, the revelations of the father that you receive in secret, share with others, in a way that isn't showing off to get the praise of men. the more you share, the more you get to understand. don't think that it is a competition. too much glorying isn't good.

1 Corinthians 5:6 Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?

Little by little, bit by bit. This isn't about indoctrination or creating a religion. It is about making people ready for the Father, so that in their time, they can be raised up as well, some are first, and some are last. Remember, without the Father one can do nothing, so trust in him to do the work that is needed.

Acts 13:34-41 And as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, I will give you the sure mercies of David. Wherefore he saith also in another psalm, Thou shalt not suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption: But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption. Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses. Beware therefore, lest that come upon you, which is spoken of in the prophets; Behold, ye despisers, and wonder, and perish: for I work a work in your days, a work which ye shall in no wise believe, though a man declare it unto you.

As stated, David saw corruption, and that also makes him one of the fives fallen Kings, as we are all fallen children of God. So seek the mercy of the Father, and be raised up again. Learn about him, through him, do the work, being about your Father's business, and a be raised up.
