The eye single, is a state of mind, the natural state of the spirit focused on itself, and not the contents of the soul that all people have been taken captive by, like a snare.

Psalm 9:16 The Lord is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.

Since the thoughts of people's hearts are alluring to them, even down to the emotions, which can make people sorrowful, obsessive, angry, and ultimately wretched in every way imaginable. The same thoughts and addictive emotions that can turn people into a murderer, a paedophile, a bigot, a thief, a liar, and everything in-between, covering the whole spectrum of human endeavour. It has been said time and time again, that people should watch their mouths.

Proverbs 12:13 The wicked is snared by the transgression of his lips: but the just shall come out of trouble.

Since broad is that path to destruction, for out of the abundance of the heart does the mouth speak.

Matthew 12:35-37 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

So, seek the living waters of the Father, which are full of his righteousness that will make the tree good, and grow good fruit, for others to eat. That is the mind being single.

Matthew 12:33-35 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.

When the eye is single, one can spiritual perceive the scriptures and see that Jerusalem is a proverb for the spirit, that City of Peace, when it is not, then one just views Jerusalem as an earthly place, because of the imagination of the evil heart, that runs after the world, and not the word of God. They believe a earthly people to be chosen, and either love them or hate them, and yet the chosen of God are the children of Heaven, and those here who have overcome this world, soon to become again like the Angels in Heaven, when they are raised up.

Colossians 2:10-12 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

A true Jew, spiritually, one that has circumcised their heart, without hands, but with that doubled edged sword of the Father. Priest forever in the order Melchizedek, meaning, My King is righteousness. Melchizedek, being the King of Salem, which means, Peace.

Jeremiah 3:17 At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the Lord; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the Lord, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart. (Because they'll have circumcised their spirit from it)

The eye single has nothing to do with the pineal gland, or the third eye. Which is the soul's delusion of reality. It is however the mind's window to this world, from which the unwitting spirit views the world, and follows after the course of this world, through the soul and it subconscious contents, which surrounds and interpenetrates the body.

Matthew 16:23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

The veil that blinds the mind. Satan in front of the spirit. It has nothing to do with the spirit directly, outside of the spirit being a victim of it, deluded by the contents of it.

1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Since that's how it views the world, unaware of the wicked thoughts and intentions of the heart, which people act according to.

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow (The body), and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

All third eyes are open, where the spirit operates through the soul, blind as to what it is, where it is, and why it is here. It THINKS it is a body, and at best can guess it is a soul, but it is neither. The 3rd eye is where we that 3rd part of man perceives the works of the world through the soul and the body, and the works of the world influence our minds.

Proverbs 29:10-12 The bloodthirsty hate the upright: but the just seek his soul.  A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards. If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked.

It's where we are sucked through when we dream, and it is where we think and imagine, on that viewing screen of our minds, it's why some people look upwards when they're thinking hard about something.

James 4:7-8 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

It is that ruler that follows after the lies of his own thoughts and of the world, and thus blind to themselves in spirit, blind to the fact they themselves walk after wickedness, loving the world more than the word of God. Doubled minded, and unstable in all they ways.

Isaiah 26:2-4 Open ye the gates, (To the spirit, Jerusalem)  that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in. (You a spirit) Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, (Gifting a righteous mind) whose mind is stayed on thee: (The mind  focused on God) because he trusteth in thee. (Faith in God)

Focus your inner attention (spirit) at the point of the 3rd eye (forehead) as you fall asleep and you'll see the dream imagery of the soul displayed on that black screen of the mind (3rd eye) as people call it, which the unwitting spirit gets drawn into. Then then it is lost in a dream, blind to the fact that it is dreaming. While awake, people are lost in it anyway, THINKING, day dreaming, pondering, imagining, lost in memory, and lost amongst the other such devices of the soul (heart). All are ruled by that great city Babylon, one thing in all people, ruling over its citizens, the children of disobedience, that it works within. Dead in trespasses and sins, with whom we have our conversion with. (Thinking)

Ephesians 2:1-3 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

It is also the place of the afterlife, where people go where they die, suffering from the contents of their own souls, the contents which formulates the type of life experience they have in the world to come, which is this one again. It is what judges all people, in whom people trust. As said, as you think, so you become, judged by your own works.

Matthew 7:1-2 Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

That which causes is to judge is the evil eye, that the leaders of the world know about and worship, even down to putting the all seeing eye on their on their currencies, it is what leads us to think and imagine, through that eye of Ra. The window to the soul's contents, whose works are evil, works that blind the mind. The Earth is a place of judgement, and thus the lesson is do not judge, or your stay here will be extended, until you the spirit learns.

Psalm 107:29-31 He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still.(Thoughts from the soul) Then are they glad because they be quiet;(Being still and knowing God, shutting that closet door) so he bringeth them unto their desired haven. Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

Few people can keep their mind still, because they do not seek the peace of God. Which praying out aloud out into THIS world is the complete opposite of.

Psalm 25:9 The meek (Quiet) will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.

His way that keeps the heart and mind still, with his understanding, blessing them with his revelations (grace), that renew the mind in righteousness.

Isaiah 35:8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; (Meaning they can't understand) but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, (Which the religious and spiritual cannot be) though fools, shall not err therein.

The Father has no respect of persons, of those proud in their prior learning, gleaned from this world of evil. Those rich in the knowledge and belief, gathered from the tares of this world. They will be kept away from the truth, from the highway. Since the wisdom of THIS world is foolishness with God, and as such, the wisdom of God is foolishness with men.

Matthew 7:3-4 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

Below, in 1 King 8:51 a history, a shadow of good things to come but not the very image of Luke 4:18 for example.

Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

A parable for Jesus releasing spirits from the captivity, which the religious causes us to fear in their and our own ignorance. Remember the soul, that compasses us about, us, to mean our spirit.

Psalm 18:4-6 The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid. The sorrows of hell compassed me about: the snares of death prevented me.

Of course to escape the snare of death, we need to apply what Jesus taught.

Revelation 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

After all, it is he that has the 'Keys to Hell and Death'

1 Kings 8:51 For they be thy people, and thine inheritance, which thou broughtest forth out of Egypt, from the midst of the furnace of iron:

This is the burden of Egypt, to represent all evil in the world, this furnace of iron, which leads to ignorance and darkness (Hell and death), in our minds, spiritually. The furnace of iron are the wicked thoughts and imaginations of our heart, those wicked thoughts that burn our spirits, our conscience with hot iron.

1 Timothy 4:1-3 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, (I wonder what religions do this, are people completely to the signs around them?) which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 

The flesh profits nothing, remember, and being vegetarian, nor not eating certain meats for example won't help people, it doesn't make people better than anyone, in fact pride and arrogance in this, will make them worse than everyone. Besides, the Apostles knowing this, also spoke in parables and proverbs, so that meat is spiritual meat, which is knowledge, and the thanksgiving, is about thanking the Father for that knowledge.

Luke 1:51 He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.

The burden of Egypt, is that it represents the evil heart in all those of this world. The place from where we need to be released from captivity. It is tantamount to Babylon. Mystery Babylon. Also key, The Children of Israel is a parable for the Children of Heaven, and the Children of Egyptian is a parable for Hell (Earth). That is the burden. The captives released from the furnace of iron, into the land of milk and honey.

Hebrews 10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.

That shadow of good things to come, but not the very image of. This is why the old is needed to bring out the old, using the new. At least until all is fulfilled.

Isaiah 19:1-5 The burden of Egypt. Behold, the Lord rideth upon a swift cloud, and shall come into Egypt: and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and the heart of Egypt shall melt in the midst of it. And I will set the Egyptians against the Egyptians: and they shall fight every one against his brother, and every one against his neighbour; city against city, and kingdom against kingdom. (Remember what Jesus said, about nation, against, nation, and brother against brother? at the end of the world, or at the end of YOUR place in this world, as you seek to overcome it. Again, remember, parables ABOUT the spirit, the flesh profits nothing, and no prophet talks of the flesh) And the spirit of Egypt shall fail in the midst thereof; and I will destroy the counsel thereof: and they shall seek to the idols, and to the charmers, and to them that have familiar spirits, and to the wizards. (Similar to how the occultists in the west are obsessed with the Ancient Egyptian religions.) And the Egyptians will I give over into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them, saith the Lord, the Lord of hosts.  And the waters shall fail from the sea, and the river shall be wasted and dried up. (Famine in the land, spiritually to mean the mind, lacking the word of God)

And the below is a proverb about how people are influenced by it, and eats its meat, and drinks its drink. Aka, thinking, pondering, imagining, remembering and the like.

Proverbs 23:6-8 Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats: For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. The morsel which thou hast eaten shalt thou vomit up, and lose thy sweet words.

The thing that causes people to think isn't our friend, and though it may make a man rich, he is nothing but poverty. Because to fully know these things, turns all events and things on this Earth into a joke, not a literal joke, but you'll release worrying about anything is worthless.

1 Corinthians 8:2 And if any man think that he knoweth any thing, he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know.

Its road, is the broad path to destruction, that causes all to serve mammon instead of God. And we cannot serve both.

Colossians 3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

That is the straight and narrow path, the mind focused only on the Father in spirit. The mind that is on one thing, the spirit. The eye single.

Luke 11:34 The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

The mind, focused on earthly things will only bring forth unrighteousness, that broad path to destruction (darkeness), loving this world only, and only talking of the world, since it would know nothing else.

John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Light meaning the knowledge of life, eternal life.

John 16:23-33 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. (Don't pray to Jesus, pray to the Father, whose name he came in, he doesn't need the praise of sinners either) Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. (In his name, meaning THROUGH what he taught) Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father. At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you: For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father. His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb.  Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God. Jesus answered them, Do ye now believe? Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

And thus is no longer of it. Repent, turning away from the world, in a single purposefulness of mind,  seeking after his righteousness, and the knowledge of Heaven in spirit. Most though, just ask for earthly things in prayer, ignoring the fact the Father isn't a respecter of persons.

1 Peter 1:17 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear: (Fear meaning instruction in righteousness)

When on his course, he'll provide what you need regardless without question, so if you're asking for Earthly things, like along life, good health, a good job, is simply demonstrating that your faith in him is feigned.

Matthew 6:31-34 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

I shouldn't have to tell people who answers the prayers of earthly things, and they do get answered sometimes, but ultimately not for ones benefit. Because, whose world is it again?

Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
